Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education seeks an Educational Leader in Brisbane to elevate curriculum, coach Educators and guide reflective practice across the centre. You’ll work with the Centre Manager and leadership team to strengthen pedagogy, support planning and documentation, and build a thriving learning environment where every child can thrive.

You’ll join a supportive network with national pathways, professional development, and wellbeing programs designed to grow leaders and teams while

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and approved learning frameworks.
• Experience guiding, coaching or mentoring Educators and Teachers.
• Confidence supporting curriculum, planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Collaborative, caring and professional approach.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen educational practice across the centre.
• Coach, mentor and build the capability of Educators and Teachers.
• Inspire high-quality curriculum, pedagogy and inclusive practice.
• Support teams to bring Thrive and To Be Me to life.
• Guide reflective practice, planning and meaningful documentation.
• Contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and your team.
• Create a secure environment where children feel safe, confident and curious.
