Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in Queensland is seeking an Educational Leader to drive teaching excellence across our centres. You’ll shape programs, support educators, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Candidates will hold a university degree in Early Childhood Education, current teacher registration, and knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
• National mandatory Child Protection training completed on GECCKO platform
• Experience in the early years sector desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape programming across centres to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Coach and mentor educators; drive professional capacity across the network.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement via the Quality Improvement Plan.
