Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in Queensland is seeking an Educational Leader to shape and strengthen early childhood practice across the centre. You’ll coach educators, drive curriculum and reflective planning, and partner with the Centre Manager to deliver high-quality learning and wellbeing outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Completed Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or an approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and approved learning frameworks.
• Experience guiding, coaching or mentoring Educators and Teachers.
• Confidence supporting curriculum, planning, documentation and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen educational practice across the centre.
• Coach, mentor and build the capability of Educators and Teachers.
• Inspire high-quality curriculum, pedagogy and inclusive practice.
• Support teams to bring Thrive and To Be Me to life.
• Guide reflective practice, planning and meaningful documentation.
• Contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and your team.
