Guardian Caloundra is seeking an Educational Leader to drive high-quality educational practice across the centre. You will coach Educators and Teachers, strengthen curriculum and pedagogy, and help create meaningful learning experiences for every child.

You'll be supported by a Leadership team and Guardian's Quality and Curriculum network, fostering reflective practice and professional growth while aligning with Thrive and inclusive learning principles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and approved learning frameworks.
• Experience guiding, coaching or mentoring Educators and Teachers.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsabilités

• Lead and strengthen educational practice across the centre.
• Coach, mentor and build the capability of Educators and Teachers.
• Inspire high-quality curriculum, pedagogy and inclusive practice.
• Guide reflective practice, planning and meaningful documentation.
• Contribute to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and your team.
