Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Educational Leader to shape educational practice across the centre in Caloundra. You will coach Educators and Teachers, strengthen curriculum and pedagogy, and create meaningful learning experiences for every child.

You’ll be supported by a leadership team and a connected Educational Leader Network to share ideas and grow impact. The role offers collaboration with Centre Manager and Quality and Curriculum Team, with a focus on Thrive and To Be Me,

Qualifications

• Completed Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and approved learning frameworks.
• Experience guiding, coaching or mentoring Educators and Teachers.
• Confidence supporting curriculum, planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Collaborative, caring and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen educational practice across the centre.
• Coach, mentor and build capability of Educators and Teachers.
• Inspire high-quality curriculum, pedagogy and inclusive practice.
• Support teams to bring Thrive and To Be Me to life.
• Guide reflective practice, planning and meaningful documentation.
• Contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and your team.
