Job summary

Tyndale Christian School is seeking a full-time ICT Support Officer to join our IT team. The role reports to the Head of Information and Learning Technology at our Blacktown campus, delivering reliable end-user support and assisting with audio-visual needs across the school.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a willingness to learn AV management, and a commitment to ongoing training. WWCC clearance is required, in line with NSW child safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role supporting end users.
• Experience or willingness to learn managing AV requirements.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and certification.
• Capacity for systematic analysis.
• Strong service orientation.
• Experience working in an educational setting.
• Must hold NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional end-user IT support for staff and students.
• Assist with planning and managing AV requirements for classrooms and events.
• Maintain compliance with child safety policies and WWCC requirements.
• Collaborate with the ICT team under the Head of Information and Learning Technology.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
