You will handle service desk requests, fix issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams, and manage devices, printers and classroom AV gear. Join a values-driven workplace and contribute to teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Information Technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Real Level 1/2 helpdesk or technical support experience.
• Strong people skills and ability to explain tech simply.
• Solid Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, hardware instincts, networking and AV tech.
• Care for details: accounts, assets, security.

Responsibilities

• Be frontline tech support for staff and students in person and at the service desk.
• Fix daily issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams.
• Set up, deploy and maintain devices, printers and classroom AV tech.
• Support accounts, access and connectivity across the College.
• Keep systems secure through patching, endpoint security and cyber hygiene.
• Build knowledge articles and help train staff and students.
