Job summary

Brigidine College, a Catholic independent girls’ school on Sydney’s North Shore, is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join its Technology team. You will provide end-user assistance, maintain ICT systems, and support staff and students with a user-centred technology experience.

The role involves collaboration with the ICT team to deliver reliable technology services across the College community, including rollout support and imaging deployment.

Qualifications

• ICT qualifications including Microsoft Certifications and/or tertiary qualifications.
• Proven experience in ICT support and end-user assistance.
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365 administration.
• Understanding of networking and wireless technologies.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely helpdesk support to staff and students.
• Support diverse ICT infrastructure including laptops, iPads, printers, projectors, and security systems.
• Manage user profiles and access administration.
• Maintain computer imaging and system deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with a solution-focused approach.
• Support technology rollouts and project implementations.
