Job summary

Mukti Organics is seeking a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce & Growth to own the direct-to-consumer business across Shopify, acquisition, paid media, CRO, CRM and retention. You will work closely with the CEO, Brand & Creative teams, Customer Care, Operations and Finance to unlock the next phase of growth.

The role is based in Mullumbimby, NSW, Full-time. Ideal candidates have deep Shopify knowledge, a proven track record of growing ecommerce revenue, and a strong analytical,

Qualifications

• 7+ years across ecommerce, digital growth and/or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of growing ecommerce revenue and new customer acquisition.
• Deep Shopify / Shopify Plus knowledge.
• Strong capability across CRO, CRM/retention, paid media, analytics.
• Understanding of DTC economics: CAC, AOV, retention, LTV, gross margin.
• Experience managing agencies and significant digital investment.
• Analytical, accountable and action‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the ecommerce results and drive growth for Mukti Organics.
• Lead the annual ecommerce roadmap, CAC and contribution margin reviews.
• Manage Shopify ecosystem, CRO opportunities and digital trading.
• Collaborate with CEO, Brand & Creative, Customer Care, Operations and Finance.
• Optimize CRM retention, paid media and analytics to improve LTV.
