Mukti Organics is seeking a commercial, hands-on Head of eCommerce & Growth to own our DTC business and accelerate profitable growth across Shopify, paid media, CRM and retention. You will drive performance and growth across our direct-to-consumer channel while collaborating with leadership to scale profitability.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience across ecommerce, digital growth and/or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of materially growing an ecommerce business.
• Strong commercial understanding of DTC ecommerce economics.
• Deep practical knowledge of Shopify / Shopify Plus.
• Strong capability across paid media, CRO, CRM/retention, performance creative, SEO and analytics.
• Hands-on experience using ecommerce and customer data to make better commercial decisions.
• Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets and external agencies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and project management capability.
• Experience with Klaviyo; Yotpo, Gorgias and similar Shopify technologies are advantageous.
• Experience in beauty, wellness or premium consumer brands highly regarded.
• Confidence working in a founder-led, fast-moving growth business.

Responsabilidades

• Profitable ecommerce growth — revenue, forecasting, budgets and commercial performance.
• Customer acquisition — driving profitable new customer growth across paid, organic and emerging channels.
• Paid media performance — setting the commercial strategy, managing investment and holding agency partners accountable for CAC, ROAS, MER and new customer revenue.
• Shopify & conversion — improving merchandising, customer experience, conversion, product discovery, landing pages, cart and checkout.
• Digital trading — leading ecommerce performance across launches, campaigns, promotions, gifting, bundles and key trading periods.
• CRM & retention — owning Klaviyo strategy, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, subscription, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
• Analytics & optimisation — using Shopify, GA4, CRM, paid media and financial data to understand what is happening, why, and what we need to do next.
• AI & automation — identifying practical opportunities to improve customer experience, personalisation, analysis, content effectiveness and productivity.
• Growth roadmap — prioritising the initiatives that will have the greatest impact on revenue and profitability.
• Agency performance — managing ecommerce, technology and media partners against clear commercial outcomes.
