Job summary

Searchability partners with a fast-growing Australian consumer brand to appoint an Ecommerce Manager who will own the online customer journey and convert attention into revenue. This hands-on role focuses on ecommerce, performance, creative and data-driven decision making.

Based in Brisbane with hybrid work, the role covers Shopify store management, paid media, Klaviyo/CRM, and CRO analytics to drive conversions and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Ecommerce/DTC
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience
• Experience across Paid Media and performance marketing
• Solid Klaviyo / CRM experience
• Strong understanding of CRO, customer journeys and ecommerce analytics
• Eye for creative and understanding of what makes digital content convert
• Commercial, data-led approach without losing sight of the customer
• Experience in fast-paced consumer, retail, food, beauty, lifestyle or DTC environment

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ecommerce function across Shopify, Paid Media, Klaviyo & CRM, and Creative
• Improve CRO and customer journey to boost conversion and AOV
• Collaborate with content and creative teams
• Use reporting and analytics to guide focus and decisions
• Manage campaigns launches, product drops and promotions
