Job summary

Searchability is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the online customer journey and turn attention into revenue. This hands-on role focuses on ecommerce, performance marketing, and data-driven optimization.

You’ll own Shopify merchandising, collaborate on paid media, and drive CRM campaigns to boost retention and conversions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Ecommerce/DTC, strong Shopify experience and a commercial, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Ecommerce/DTC.
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience.
• Experience working across Paid Media and performance marketing.
• Understanding of CRO, customer journeys and ecommerce analytics.
• Eye for creative and what converts in digital content.
• Commercial, data-led approach with customer focus.
• Experience in fast-paced consumer/DTC environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ecommerce function across Shopify, merchandising and store improvements.
• Collaborate with Paid Media teams to drive profitable customer acquisition.
• Own Klaviyo & CRM strategies for email, retention and lifecycle campaigns.
• Work with content/creative teams to shape digital assets.
• Identify CRO opportunities across customer journeys to improve conversion and AOV.
• Use reporting and analytics to focus efforts and measure performance.
• Lead campaigns, product drops, promotions and broader ecommerce initiatives.
