Job summary

Sutton Tools is seeking a Territory Manager to lead field sales across Townsville and surrounding regions. You will travel extensively to engage customers, execute the sales strategy, and grow our hardware tool accessories business in Australia.

You will drive sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and develop product knowledge to support customers with technical solutions. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in key account management and territory sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team.
• Experience in Hardware/Industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in the defined territory to execute the sales strategy.
• Deliver against sales targets and develop outstanding customer outcomes.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and peers across the region.
• Report to the QLD State Sales Manager and maintain active territory coverage.
