Job summary

Sheffield Group is seeking a Territory Manager to own Central and North Queensland, field-based and customer-facing. You’ll drive growth, build relationships with distributors, wholesale and trade customers, and pursue new business opportunities while representing Sheffield’s brands in-market.

The role requires regular travel across the territory, strong networking, and disciplined territory planning, with support from national sales leadership and the wider Sheffield team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or territory management.
• Commercially aware with credible customer interactions.
• Ability to work on the road and in front of customers.
• Current driver licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across Central / North Queensland in line with targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributor, wholesale and trade customers.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities.
• Run disciplined territory planning and follow-up activity.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education and practical support to customers.
• Quote, negotiate and close business with pricing discipline.
• Maintain clear pipeline, customer activity and sales reporting.
• Travel regularly across Central / North Queensland, with overnight travel as needed.
