Milwaukee Tool Australia & New Zealand is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage the Mackay region. You will build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and bring the Milwaukee brand to life through demonstrations, trade days and launches.

The role requires travel across the Mackay region, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently within a hybrid working model. You will work with a team committed to developing your product knowledge and delivering

Responsibilities

• Own your territory, building strong relationships with customers across the Mackay region.
• Drive sales growth and identify opportunities to grow Milwaukee product categories within your customer base.
• Bring the Milwaukee brand to life through product demonstrations, trade days, exhibitions and product launches.
• Execute our channel strategy and deliver strong in-store merchandising, product and display standards.
• Build genuine relationships and effectively engage with a diverse range of people and personalities.
• Plan and organise your territory effectively, balancing customer visits, travel and competing priorities.
• Keep across competitor activity and opportunities within your market.
• Maintain accurate territory and customer activity through Salesforce CRM.
