Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking an SDR in Sydney to identify and qualify new account opportunities. You will engage through calls, emails, social channels, and chat, building demand and routing qualified opportunities to sales.

You will validate buying groups, work with marketing to nurture prospects, and use Salesforce to track activity and KPIs. A high-energy, self-starting professional with strong communication is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Outbound calling experience is a plus.
• Technical understanding of storage backup and cloud backup is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce or similar CRM, Hoovers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new account opportunities for the channel and sales teams.
• Engage marketing-generated demand and pass qualified opportunities to sales.
• Validate and reach out to additional buying-group members.
• Execute multiple touch cadences to gauge buying interest.
• Maintain CRM data and conduct productive conversations with buyer personas.
• Meet KPIs such as leads converted and meetings set.
