Job summary

Talent Supply is seeking an SDR in Sydney to open doors, start conversations and build the pipeline behind growth. You will work with sales leaders to prospect, qualify opportunities and learn enterprise software selling.

There is a clear pathway into an Account Executive position within 12 months as you develop skills in prospecting, qualification and pipeline management with coaching.

Qualifications

• No ten-year SaaS experience required; energy and resilience are essential.
• Must be confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Prospect via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Understand how each business operates and where its systems hold it back.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM accurate.
• Learn the product, rental industry and the software’s commercial problems.
