• Experience in operations coordination, administration, mobilisation or workforce planning.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail across records, reporting, compliance, billing and administration.
• Confident written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations.
• Plan ahead with workforce planning, scheduling, fleet requirements, shutdowns and mobilisation.
• Mobilise staff, including travel, accommodation, site access, inductions and pre-mobilisation.
• Keep compliance current with licences, VOCs, competencies, medicals, onboarding and training matrices.
• Support billing and payroll with timesheets and invoices.
• Provide clear operational updates and respond to customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, document control and admin processes.
• Promote safe work practices and support HSEQ requirements.
