The Berkeley Hotel offers a state of the art Sports Bar with TAB and KENO facilities, an exciting gaming room and unrivaled customer service. The delightful Stamp Thai Restaurant is also on site.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Duty Manager. They may be someone who has had management experience or someone who is looking to take on a Duty Manager role and progress their hospitality career.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel in order to achieve its smooth operation.

Job role summary

Operational Excellence: Assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. From managing inventory to overseeing staff, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the pub running like a well-oiled machine.

Customer Service Champion: Be the face of hospitality! Foster a warm and welcoming environment for our patrons. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every visit to our pub is a memorable experience and always met with fun and positivity.

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and motivated team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience.
