Burpengary Community Club is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead on shift across Gaming, Sports Bar, Restaurant, Café, and Events. You’ll coach teams, drive customer service excellence, and ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Five essential qualifications for the role include RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers License, and First Aid certification.
• Eligibility to obtain National Police Check is required.
• Experience in hospitality leadership and people management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams across Gaming, Sports Bar, Restaurant, Café and Functions.
• Deliver high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
• Manage daily operations and shift performance.
• Coach and develop team members; drive culture and engagement.
• Maintain RSA, RSG, and venue compliance requirements; oversee gaming procedures.
• Assist with stock control and venue administration; handle guest inquiries professionally.
