Job summary

The Beechmont Hotel in the Gold Coast Hinterland is seeking a seasoned Duty Manager for a full-time, salaried role. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee opening and closing of the venue, manage staff performance, and drive venue improvements in a popular pub and live entertainment venue.

The role requires at least 12 months in a management position, knowledge of TAB and Keno operations, and a current RSA/RSG/RMLV ( licence optional).

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in a management role.
• Sound knowledge of TAB and Keno operations.
• RSA, RSG, RMLV licences preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

The Beechmont Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team in a full-time, salaried role. Nestled in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland, our venue is one of the region’s most popular pubs and live entertainment destinations. Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar management role
• Sound knowledge of TAB and Keno operations
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager’s Licence (preferred but not essential)
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
