Job summary

Dicky Beach Surf Life Saving Club is seeking a bright, outgoing hospitality professional to join our team as a senior supervisor. You will oversee bar, gaming, POS, and staff supervision while ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role requires a current RMLV, RSA, RSG, a valid drivers licence, and hospitality qualification, plus 5 years’ club/hospitality experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Shifts include day and night rosters.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RMLV, RSA and RSG.
• Must have a current Drivers Licence and vehicle.
• Hospitality qualification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Bar, Keno & TAB operations & reporting.
• Gaming operations, promotions & reporting.
• Club security opening & closing procedures.
• Balancing & reconciliation of tills & takings.
• Staff management, supervision & human resources.
• Stock ordering & control.

Qualifications:

• Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venue (RMLV)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
• Current Drivers Licence & Vehicle
• Qualification in Hospitality

Experience:

• 2 Years minimum employee supervisory roll
• 5 Years minimum club/hospitality operational experience

Software Knowledge & Experience:

• Wildcat
• Ideal POS
• Microsoft office
• TANDA Timesheets & Rosters

Work Hours:

Must be available to work a shift roster, day, night, weekends & public holidays. Example of some shifts from 9-5pm, 11-8pm or 4-Midnight.

Level 5
