This role combines people leadership with practical technical responsibility. You will be expected to understand the operational systems behind gaming, bars, catering, security and facilities, respond confidently when issues arise, and ***escalate appropriately when specialist support is required***.
The shift for this role is based on a 4 week rotating roster, including morning, overnight and weekend shifts, as well as public holidays. Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster is essential.
