Job summary

The Macarthur Tavern is seeking a confident, motivated Full-Time Duty Manager to help lead our busy venue in New South Wales. You will oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and TAB, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and compliance.

Ideal candidates have prior Duty Manager or hospitality leadership experience, NSW RSA/RCG/ARCG certificates, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or hospitality leadership role.
• Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Current NSW RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate.
• Current NSW ARCG (Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate – essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and confident during busy service periods.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Full-time employment with stable, ongoing hours.
• A supportive leadership team and opportunities for career progression.
