We are looking for a friendly, customer service orientated duty manager to join our team.

We are an enthusiastic team, that aims to provide great service with a smile.

The business has seen huge growth over the last few years in all areas (F&B, gaming, Keno, TAB and Bottle-shop) and we aim to keep that going.

About the role

A duty manager who will be required to provide friendly and timely customer service to our patrons.

We look for strong values in our duty managers such as communication, staff member and security guard delegation and reliability.

We aim to improve our service standard as a team, through staff mentoring, training and would like to invest our time into a duty manager that is interested to learn and undertake responsibility.

As a duty manager you must have a responsible service of alcohol and a responsible conduct of gaming, RGO certification a bonus also.
