Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated individual to run day-to-day store operations in the absence of management. This part-time role offers training, support, and the chance to progress within a growing national retailer.

You will lead a small team, manage rostering and stock control, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and manage a team in a grocery retail environment.
• Cost control and ordering responsibilities to maximise store efficiency.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and train staff.
• Experience in merchandising and stock presentation is desirable.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the store management team.

If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing job lists + much more!
