Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is offering a full-time Store Operations role with training and support. Join a large, family-oriented chain that values exceptional service, value for money and an outstanding shopping experience for customers and staff alike.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help run daily operations, coach the team, and ensure health and safety standards are met while pursuing career progression in a supportive environment.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the store management team.

If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing job lists + much more!
