Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated leader to head the Customer Service department at our Lightsview store. You will supervise a small team, craft rosters, generate orders, and perform stock takes while upholding high service standards.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and be hands-on in daily operations, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Team supervision experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

About this opportunity:

Our Lightsview store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store's Customer Service department.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• Customer service experience is desired, but not essential
