Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets, a long-standing Australian retailer, invites applications for a part-time Store Team Leader at our North Lakes store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support day-to-day operations in their absence and help coach a passionate team to deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll engage in ordering, cost control, merchandising and staff training, contributing to a friendly, high-performing store culture.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the store management team.

If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing job lists + much more!
