Job summary

Koko Black Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead two iconic Sydney locations: QVB and QVB Lower Ground. You will drive day-to-day operations, commercial performance and team culture across both stores, delivering the renowned Koko Black customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead multi-site retail teams.
Strong focus on delivering premium customer experiences.
Experience managing sales, budgets and labour across locations.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire teams across two store locations (QVB & QVB Lower Ground).
Drive commercial performance including sales targets, budgets and KPI management.
Oversee rostering, stock, inventory, and daily operations across both sites.
Maintain premium standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
Foster a high-performing culture and develop emerging leaders.
