Koko Black Group in Sydney's QVB is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads with heart and elevates every guest experience. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to inspire a premium team, ensure flawless store presentation and deliver memorable Koko Moments daily.

Bring retail leadership experience, a coaching mindset, a customer-first approach, and a proactive, hands-on style. Mandarin is a plus in connecting with our diverse customer base as we grow our iconic brand.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within a premium or high-volume retail environment.
• Coaches, develops and inspires growth in the team.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and drive to achieve results.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Able to collaborate with Store Manager and wider leadership team; Mandarin language is a plus.

Your Role: Assistant Store Manager

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play an important role in leading the QVB team and delivering an exceptional experience in one of Sydney's most iconic retail destinations.

About You

You'll bring:

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within a premium or high-volume retail environment
• A passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your team
• A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
• Strong commercial awareness and the drive to achieve results
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Confidence working collaboratively with your Store Manager and wider leadership team
• Bilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer base
• And of course... a love of chocolate!
