Koko Black Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the QVB location in Sydney. You will lead the team with heart, coach staff to deliver premium guest experiences, and ensure smooth store operations while driving commercial results.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience in premium/high-volume environments.
• Ability to coach and develop a team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for premium service.
• Strong commercial awareness and results orientation.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership in a busy setting.
• Collaborative work with store leadership; Mandarin is a plus.

About You

You’ll Bring

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within a premium or high-volume retail environment
• A passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your team
• A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
• Strong commercial awareness and the drive to achieve results
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Confidence working collaboratively with your Store Manager and wider leadership team
• Bilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer base
