Job summary

ACCIONA Infrastructure is seeking a focused Document Controller to join our Perth team and own the project’s document control from the office. You will maintain registers, manage revisions, and ensure compliant records across the project, coordinating with the project team and client stakeholders.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will drive document workflows using RIB Cx and project systems, archive records for a complete audit trail, and support reporting and quality standards across

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with RIB Cx or similar document systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate document registers and control revisions across the project.
• Manage document workflows using RIB Cx and project systems.
• Coordinate document distribution and approvals with project and client stakeholders.
• Support the Project Director with reporting and document compliance.
• Monitor document control processes to meet ACCIONA quality standards.
• Archive project records to maintain an audit trail.
