Job summary

Built is seeking an experienced Document Controller based in Perth to own project document control processes and ensure information is accurately managed and distributed in line with project requirements. You will work with leaders, consultants, subcontractors and clients, coordinating submissions, RFIs, drawings and reports, while supporting QA, HSE and compliance through project close-out.

This role offers a collaborative team and opportunities to shape governance across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Proven document control experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of Aconex and document management systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing Aconex and project document control systems.
• Administering drawings, specifications, RFIs, revisions and document registers.
• Coordinating consultant and subcontractor submissions and workflows.
• Supporting QA, HSE and compliance documentation requirements.
• Maintaining accurate project records through to project close-out and handover.
