Job summary

Personalised Care, an NDIS registered provider, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and scale services across eleven SIL homes in Sydney. You will lead House Managers, coordinate rostering and workforce planning, and own compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.

You will partner with families, coordinators, and health partners, while guiding strategy with the Directors and refining systems to support growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in an operations or senior management role in NDIS, disability, aged care, or related community services setting.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, incident management, and compliance obligations.
• Confident people leader who can build and retain teams.
• Excellent communication skills across staff, families, coordinators, and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable with rostering, plan management, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across eleven Sydney SIL homes.
• Leading and supporting House Managers and support worker teams.
• Managing rostering, staffing decisions, and workforce planning at portfolio level.
• Owning our compliance and quality framework, including audits and continuous improvement.
• Working closely with families, Support Coordinators, guardians, and allied health partners.
• Contributing to strategy and growth decisions alongside the Directors.
