Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking a Desktop Support Officer to deliver high-quality, onsite technical support in Sydney. The role is full-time and requires you to be onsite, assisting customers with a positive, can-do attitude across mac and PC platforms, tablets, servers, networks, and voice systems.

You will interact with a broad set of technologies while our specialist teams handle server and network elements. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing friendly, knowledgeable end-user support.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
