Job summary

SG Fleet is seeking a Learning, Development & Digital Capability Manager in Sydney, Australia, to design enterprise-wide learning, uplift digital capability, and drive workforce development supporting business transformation in a rapidly evolving digital and AI-driven environment.

The role aligns learning initiatives with strategic priorities, enhances leadership, digital literacy, and adoption of emerging technologies including AI across the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Learning and Development, Capability, Organisational Development, or Workforce Development functions.
• Previous people management experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning technologies.
• Experience developing digital learning strategies and leveraging tech to enhance outcomes.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and new technologies in the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and capability strategies aligned to organisational priorities.
• Lead design and delivery of enterprise learning programs supporting capability and performance.
• Drive adoption of digital learning solutions and AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs and provide strategic advice.
• Manage LMS, learning tech, external vendors, and budgets.
