- Strong understanding of AI applications to learning and workforce upskilling.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead Optus' Future Fit Capability strategy, driving organisation-wide learning initiatives focused on AI fluency, digital capability, and future critical skills.
- Design and deliver learner experiences that leverage AI, automation and modern learning technologies for personalised development journeys.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs and develop scalable solutions aligned to priorities.
- Evolve and optimise the learning ecosystem by connecting platforms, skills frameworks, workforce data and talent systems.
