You will shape learning experiences, platforms, and pathways aligned to business priorities and employee growth, impacting thousands of employees across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning transformation and capability strategy in a large organisation.
• Deep expertise in learning design, digital learning, and learning technologies at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI and its application to learning and upskilling.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Optus' Future Fit Capability strategy, driving organisation-wide learning initiatives focused on AI fluency, digital capability, and future critical skills.
• Design and deliver engaging learner experiences leveraging AI, automation, and modern learning technologies to personalise development journeys.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify emerging capability needs and develop scalable solutions for strategic priorities.
• Drive the evolution of the learning ecosystem by connecting platforms, skills frameworks, and talent systems to enable a skills-based organisation.
