• Experience leading learning transformation, capability strategy, or workforce capability initiatives within a large organisation.
• Deep expertise in learning experience design, digital learning, and scalable development experiences.
• Strong understanding of AI and its application to learning and employee experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and ability to translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Optus' Future Fit Capability strategy, driving organisation-wide learning initiatives focused on AI fluency and future skills.
• Design and deliver engaging learner experiences using AI and modern learning tech for personalised development journeys.
