Job summary

IAG in Australia is seeking a Learning Designer on a fixed-term, full-time basis across Australia with a preference for Gadigal Country, Sydney. You’ll craft high-quality learning experiences, partner with SMEs, and apply human-centered design to simplify complex information.

You'll design and build digital learning solutions using Articulate 360, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, while exploring AI and emerging tech to improve learning.

Qualifications

• Background in Learning Design or Learning Experience Design within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to design and develop digital learning with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Knowledge of learner analysis and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality learning experiences meeting business and learner needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to transform complex content into effective learning.
• Apply human-centered design to improve learning experiences.
• Create digital solutions using Articulate 360, SharePoint and related tech.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and outcomes.
