Qualifications

• Experience leading capability, learning or transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills; able to bring people on the journey.
• Experience capturing knowledge from SMEs and translating it into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps, workforce challenges and opportunities to improve organisational performance.
• Design scalable capability programs, learning pathways and development frameworks for current and future needs.
• Transform how organisational knowledge is captured, shared and accessed by employees.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to create, maintain and deploy learning and capability solutions at scale.
• Collaborate with SMEs to extract knowledge and translate it into practical learning content.
• Develop tools and repeatable approaches enabling teams to contribute knowledge at scale.
• Drive time-to-competency improvements and measure workforce readiness outcomes.
• Embed lessons learned and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
• Evolve development frameworks to remain relevant, scalable and aligned to career pathways.
