Job summary

CSR in Derrimut, VIC, is hiring a DC Coordinator to manage daily despatch activities, ensure accurate documentation, and keep deliveries on schedule. You’ll work closely with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to move products safely and on time.

This is a Monday–Friday role from 6:00am to 2:00pm, with a supportive culture, onsite parking and growth opportunities. SAP and Excel skills are highly valued, along with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating despatch, transport or warehouse activities.
• SAP familiarity and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High attention to accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety-conscious with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process despatch documentation for customer deliveries.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Verify pick slips, load plans and proof-of-delivery accuracy.
• Support inventory control and SAP goods receipt activities.
• Manage carrier and customer claims and assist with payments.
• Maintain transport, safety and compliance records.
• Deliver driver inductions and support ongoing compliance training.
• Assist with warehouse administration and day-to-day operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
