Job summary

CSR Limited in Derrimut, VIC is seeking a DC Coordinator - Despatch to manage daily despatch activities, maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth transport operations. You will work with warehouse, logistics, customer service and transport teams to keep products moving safely and on time.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm, and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in despatch, logistics, transport coordination or warehouse administration.
• Proficiency with SAP and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate despatch documentation for deliveries, stock transfers and pickups.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Verify pick slips, load plans and proof-of-delivery for accuracy and compliance.
• Support inventory control and SAP goods receipt activities.
• Manage carrier and customer claims and assist with payments.
• Maintain transport, safety and compliance records.
• Deliver driver inductions and support compliance training.
• Assist with warehouse administration and daily operations.
• Identify process improvements for continuous improvement.
