Job summary

CSR are seeking a highly organised Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at Yarraville, Melbourne. This role ensures the smooth, accurate and safe movement of goods while supporting warehouse operations, customer service, and transport partners.

The ideal candidate has experience in despatch, logistics or warehouse administration, strong numerical and literacy skills, and proficiency in SAP, Excel and Word.

• Ability to analyse information, solve problems, and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate despatch documentation for transfers, deliveries, and customer pickups.
• Coordinate daily despatch operations and liaise with Customer Service, TMS, and carriers.
• Verify pick slips, PODs, delivery dockets, and SAP goods receipts.
• Resolve daily delivery, transport, and customer load issues.
• Support inventory control, claims validation, and purchase orders.
• Maintain WHSE, COR, and site safety compliance, including driver inductions.
• Complete warehouse administration and archive documentation.
• Identify and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth, accurate and safe movement of goods while supporting warehouse operations, customer service, and transport partners. Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate despatch documentation for transfers, deliveries, and customer pickups
• Coordinate daily despatch operations and liaise with Customer Service, TMS, and carriers
