Job summary

Civilmart is seeking a Customer Service/Despatch Coordinator to join our Wodonga team. You will manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery and coordinate daily despatch and transport to meet on-time delivery targets.

Working closely with Sales, Production and Transport, you will ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries and responsive handling of customer enquiries, while maintaining a high standard of service and records integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing or civil construction.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Physically fit for manual tasks.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to follow procedures and safety practices.
• Experience with concrete or precast products is highly regarded.
• Forklift/crane/rigging tickets are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, enquiries and quotes.
• Coordinate daily despatch and delivery requirements.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, Sales and Production.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate order, inventory and dispatch records.
• Support stock control and branch administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
