Job summary

Civilmart, based at the Larapinta site in Australia, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. You will link customers with Sales, Production, Despatch and Transport to process orders accurately and keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage enquiries, quotes, and orders from start to finish, build relationships, resolve issues, and ensure timely updates. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
• Experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and requests via phone, email and in person.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and provide customers with updates throughout the order journey.
• Coordinate with Production, Transport and Despatch teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted point of contact.
• Support Sales Representatives with customer accounts and key projects.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
