Civilmart is seeking a proactive Transport Despatch Customer Service Coordinator for its Toowoomba precast facility. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and directing product delivery while delivering exceptional customer service on sales orders and quotes.

The successful applicant will have experience in manufacturing or construction and strong communication, organisation and time management skills, with forklift licencing being desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management.
• Forklift licence (desirable).
• Qualifications in transport, logistics or supply chain (desirable).
• Commitment to safety procedures and protocols.

Responsabilités

• Call customers to coordinate delivery times.
• Coordinate transport carriers and couriers.
• Book freight and plan delivery allocations.
• Raise orders for transport and verify invoices/charges.
• Coordinate despatch forklift operators in daily yard activities.
• Obtain freight quotes when required.
• Issue picking sheets to forklift drivers and complete invoices.
• Coordinate all incoming materials and goods to branches.
• Manage site inventory and stocktake.
• Assist the customer service team as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks.
