Job summary

Randstad NV is seeking an organised Despatch Officer in Victoria to support daily despatch operations. You will process despatch orders, update shipment information in SAP and prepare delivery paperwork.

Ideal candidates have SAP experience, strong data entry skills and the ability to coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment while maintaining records and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous despatch experience is essential.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate with internal teams and drivers.
• Experience in despatch, warehouse administration or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process despatch orders and update shipment information in SAP.
• Prepare and check despatch paperwork and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries with drivers and transport providers.
• Work with warehouse team to ensure orders leave accurately and on time.
• Follow up on delivery queries and order discrepancies.
• Support general despatch administration and maintain records.
