Job summary

Randstad is seeking an organised Despatch Officer to support daily despatch operations in our Victoria-based team. You will process despatch orders in SAP, prepare paperwork, and coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure on-time departures.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience, strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. You will maintain accurate records, follow up delivery queries, and support despatch administration while upholding workplace
